TRAINEE SELECTION

1) What level of pre-education is required?	At the level of minimum high school graduate
2) What is the minimum – maximum age of trainees?	18 - 30
3) Which tests are included in the recruitment assessment?
Physical	Not shorter than 170 cm in males and 160 cm in female. No mental illness or physical disability.
Psychological/Personality	Psychiatric compliance assessment should be documented with a medical board report.
Language	Grammar (Turkish) is evaluated in the central exam and the oral interview held during the speaking process.

CONTINUOUS TRAINING

2) If yes, which modules are obligatory?	Continuing trainings are not compulsory. However, the trainings required to work in certain units at the penal institutions are mandatory. (Prisoner Admissions Unit Training, Promotion and Title Change Training, Initial (Orientation) Training)
