The 17th EPTA Annual Conference is on 11-13 September 2024 in Tbilisi, Georgia. The conference is kindly hosted by the holding president, Training Center of Justice of Georgia (TCJ)

If your travels require an early check-in on Tuesday 10 September, there is a possibility to check-in during the Monday-Tuesday night. In case you require an early check-in, please write to us at secretariat@europris.org.
Transfers from the airport to the hotel will be organised by the host country.

15:00 Cultural program – Masterclass in Georgian bread baking, Churchkhela dipping and wine degustation
17:00 Transfer to Hotel Radisson Blue
20:00 Transfers to Airport (OPTION 1, for those who travel back Friday evening)

Participation & Cost
Travel:
Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel expenses.
Accommodation:
1) The host will cover accommodation expenses for 4 nights (5 nights if travel options are limited) for one EPTA participant per organisation.
2) For additional participants, the cost of hotel accommodation is 120 euros per night.
Meals:
The host will arrange and cover all meals for participants.
Transportation:
The host will arrange and cover transportation to and from the airport for all participants.
Program:
The host will arrange and cover cultural and social activities for all participants.
