Prospects for changes improving the Safety of Public Officials- International Solutions Conference

When: 24 November 2021 (hybrid)

Where: Hotel Belwederska 44C, 00-594 Warsaw

The purpose of the conference are activities undertaken to improve the legal and physical security of public officials, and at the same time constituting a fundamental element of building an integrated national security management system is the main aspect of the conference. Also the risk, psychosocial factors of serving a duty, such as acute or chronic stress (post-traumatic stress disorder, burnout syndrome) which are the important aspect of staff well-being and safety.

The panels contain:

1. Presentation of good practices for the improvement of the safety of public officials.
2. Diagnosing (analyzing and synthesizing) the state of security of officers of the Prison Service in the individual and institutional dimension.
3. Conducting an international scientific discourse on the perspective of introducing changes in the state security system to improve the safety of public officials.
