Presentations: EPTA’s Online Event on Managing Difficult Inmates (2021)

EPTA’s online event took place on 17 May 2021 that brought together an audience to discuss the Training Manual on Managing Difficult Inmates that was published by a group of experts from the Special Interest Group 3. Participants had an opportunity to engage in interactive discussions about the content of the training manual, such as on best practices, training handbook, and minimum standards.
