A joint twinning project „Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of Personnel Training Centres of the Penal Institutions in Turkey“ between Finland, Estonia and Turkey in 2022. Click here to read the full description about the EU twinning project.

Among other activities, some handbooks and manuals were developed:

1. Guidelines for developing outcome-based Curriculum
2. Guidelines for transferring a face-to-face course to online or blended learning
3. Mentors manual for prison officers
4. Training the trainers handbook „ENHANCEMENT OF THE PEDAGOGICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL COMPETENCIES“
5. Comparative analysis of the training of prison officers in several countries 
6. Handbook of the Training Material (The Guidelines of the use of the MOODLE)
